Terms of Use for hostedcitizens.garden

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of hostedcitizens.garden and the services offered through it by Hostedcitizens Tree Service. When you use the website, call the phone number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Hostedcitizens Tree Service Does

Hostedcitizens Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, the work they do or the results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information Only

What you read on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@hostedcitizens.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Hostedcitizens Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

As far as the law allows, Hostedcitizens Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.
